Some friends convinced me to offer the skinny neck taped Missis Miley at a discounted price. I am only offering a limited amount, as I want to make sure they are in good shape for shipping.
What can I say about Missis Miley? She is going to be in hot demand this winter. I have people asking for trades for her already. I hoarded her tubers this spring and planted lots. I wish I planted more.
Her colour is hard to capture in photograph. It's a coppery, brown red. She's floriferous and you need her in your collection!
Grower's notes: in a very wet summer, with flooding and cooler temperatures than normal, her tubers survived and thrived. I did find her on the shorter side this year but many varieties were short this year. I don't find her to have a good vase life, she is a garden variety or event flower only. Edit: if you cut her earlier, she lasts longer.
