If you are ordering from somewhere outside of Canada, please add this to your cart only once.
I will combine orders from all sales for those not in Canada but they will be shipped absolutely last. Import tubers are often late and if you order from the Future Unicorns sale, you order will probably be delayed. Please do not email us about where your order is if you have chosen combined international shipping, we will cancel without warning, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Each sale is set up to do efficient order picking, so each sale will be completed and added to international customer's boxes until all sales orders have been completed.
Please make sure that we are capable of shipping to your country. Ask us first before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel international orders if they are to a country that we cannot do a phytosanitary certificate for, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Deposit Rates:
- Canada: $25.00 CAD
- United States: $35.00 USD
- Europe: $100.00 CAD
This amount is a shipping deposit. Final costs may vary before the April shipping season, and additional fees may apply based on final shipping charges.
Additional Fees:
Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT, and Clearance Fees: For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, tariffs (including any new or additional tariffs imposed by the importing country), VAT, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping deposit and are payable upon arrival in the recipient's country. Please note that tariffs can significantly increase the total cost of your shipment, and we encourage customers to familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations.
Packaging and Handling: Our shipping fee includes packaging materials such as boxes, vermiculite, and protective bags to ensure safe delivery.
Flower Seed Orders: For our seeds collection, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.00 CAD, available exclusively for customers within Canada. Please note that, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, shipments will be delayed until Canada Post resumes normal service. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Rest assured, your order will be processed and shipped promptly once services are restored.

Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
 - Good is broken; or
 - Good does not match description.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods and go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.
